We all know teaching can be hard. Yet there are ways to ease the difficulties associated with the profession a little bit. This 30 Day Prayer Challenge for Teachers was inspired by a different 30 day challenge I did a few months ago.
I’m on on my third round of 30 day challenges at the time of this article, and it feels SO good! It gives me a focused prayer for the day, a feeling of gratitude when I’m done, helps me better process all that is going on, and it honestly makes me look forward to my prayer time.
I was encouraged to write down my prayers each day. You can do this as well. It allows you to maintain more focus (because if you’re like me, the squirrels visit frequently!). And it will be so amazing to see the way God has answered us during the 30 day prayer challenge for teachers later on when we look back at what we wrote.
So let’s get “write” into the prompts! (There’s a printable option at the end, so you’ll be able to grab it for yourself!)

There are two parts of this 30 day prayer challenge for teachers that I love – 1) you will feel better after devoting a month to praying over your profession, and 2) you can ask others to join in to pray for you and other educators.
And please do NOT feel like you have to do this in 30 days. Of course that is the goal, but we are striving for closeness with the Lord here. And we all know we are imperfect beings. So if it takes you 35 or 40 days to get through all of the prayers – especially if you are journaling – that’s ok!
