Have you ever had a coworker or loved one having a particularly bad day? Check out this great “Sunshine Basket” idea. You find all the great yellow material you can to show the other person they are appreciated and loved.
Recently I came across this idea from 5th grade teacher Constance Massey. She had a coworker who was having an especially rough time, so she created the basket below to cheer her up!
This little gift could work at ANY time! Here are a few ideas:
- Teacher Appreciation Week
- American Education Week (leave it in the staff lounge and encourage people to take what they need or love)
- anytime you want to make one particular person happy
- Secretary’s Day
- Boss’s Day
- JUST FOR FUN!!
