Use these 48 Contiguous States Magic Square Puzzles with 3rd, 4th, or 5th grade students to work on states and capitals.
The puzzles are a PDF download. You will NOT be able to edit or modify the puzzles.
WHAT YOU GET:
- Two PDF puzzles (with two options – one with clipart and another without)
- Two digital puzzles compatible with Google Slides (these do NOT have the state clipart due to the clip artist’s terms of use)
- Two editable rubrics
When your students use the puzzles with the graphics, remind them they are directional only. The state represented does not necessarily have any correlation to the state or capital on that puzzle piece.
Alaska and Hawaii are not included. These are only the 48 contiguous states due to the fact that each puzzle has room for 24 problems and solutions.
