Penguin Activities for Math Fun

First, I’d like to share some great math resources. It can be very challenging at times to get those basic math facts ingrained into students’ minds. Repeated practice is key, and the more fun a kid has while practicing, the more they will stick with it. These penguin puzzles are great fun, and with several to choose from, you can differentiate to challenge your higher students while allowing your other kiddos practice at the appropriate level as well.

Various penguin activities are available below. Click on the one/s that are most appropriate for your students —

Also Great for Decor!

But let’s not forget that penguins make GREAT bulletin boards, doorway decorations, or hallways displays during the winter! Have each student cut out and complete their puzzle, then they may color them. The finished displays look amazing and add a cute and festive cheer to your classroom! (Plus no administrator can complain about them not being academic because of the work involved to put them together!)
