**How you *might* use these September 11th Flip Books!**
- Decide if you want to assign one or both flipbooks.
- Consider whether students have someone at home to interview for the homework. If they may not, you could give them alternative options – like inviting volunteers to your classroom, setting up virtual interviews, visiting a nursing home, or something else.
- How will you teach about September 11th? Will students do their own research? What websites, books, or other materials will you use?
- How will students get information? Will you go the library and check out books? Will you let them do an internet search? Will you give them websites to locate the information? Will you set up a WebQuest or website database from your school page?
This lesson can be as guided or independent as you would like! The point of these flipbooks is for students to RECORD what they have learned.
Thank you for your interest!
