Sight word puzzles. These are a great way to help students practice those necessary sight words in a different format. So many times our students are writing the word, tracing the word, cutting out the letters that make the word, and so on. But how many times have you seen sight word puzzles?
Sight word puzzles are a different way to engage students’ brains. When they work on them in partners or small groups, it encourages cooperation, teamwork, and sharing. When done independently, students really have to focus on their critical thinking, spatial thinking, problem solving, and more.
There are options for pre-primer, Kindergarten, 1st grade, 2nd grade, 3rd grade, and noun sight words. Complete lists of the words included can be seen below. If you want to save 50%, I recommend grabbing the Sight Word Puzzle BUNDLE.
